our favourite one bowl chocolate chip cookies
I find that this is a chocolate chip cookie that is excellent for kids to help. They can help measure and mix. My daughter loves to take a batch of dough and make her own cookies. I just use a ice-cream scoop and it works really good. I have used a 1 tablespoon scoop and a 2 tablespoon scoop and they turn out excellent each and every time..

How To Make our favourite one bowl chocolate chip cookies

Step 1I put everything in my mixer bowl and turn on the mixer and it mixes fine. I have the original directions that i will post but i find when i do it the original way that they don't turn out. Someone else might have better luck doing it with the original directions.....

Step 2Cream together margarine, shortening and sugar and beat. Add eggs amd beat. Add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips. Beat until smooth, stir in the 2 cups of chocolate chips...

Step 3I bake them at 350f for 8 minutes.....The original baking instructions are Bake at 375f for 8 to 10 minutes or 350f for 10 to 12 minutes. I have done them that way but i don't like the way that they turn out. I find when i bake them at 350f for 8 minutes they are so nice and chewy....
