Ingredients

1 package oreo cookie [350 g]
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
2 - egg yolks
- yolks can be omitted if you're uncomfortable using raw yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 - oreo pie crust [in baking aisle with prepared graham cracker pie crust]

How To Make oreo cookie pie

Step 1

Crush Oreo cookies

Step 2

For pie crust; use either: Use prepared oreo cookie pie crust or Crush cookies and spinkle a few on the bottom of a glass pie crust pr cake pan
Step 3

Whip cream
Step 4

In another bowl, mix egg yolks and vanilla
Step 5

Slowly add egg yolk mixture to whipped cream
Step 6

Combine with crushed Oreos
Step 7

Pour into pie crust/cake pan
Step 8

Freeze [1 hr 15 min or until frozen]
Step 9

Remove 20 minutes before serving
Step 10
