After looking through my cheesecake recipes, and eating a Oreo cookie with a glass of milk, I got to thinking!! Way not make a Oreo cheese pie?
After several tests and throw a ways, I finally came out with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    egg, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    oreo cream filling, (about 18 cookies)
  • 1 1/4 c
    oreo cookie crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp
    chocolate syrup topping
  • 1
    oreo pie crust

How to Make OREO CHEESE PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Take the cream filling from the center of Oreo cookies, and place the filling in a cup, and save the black outside of cookies. Mix with milk until a paste forms.
  2. Mix cream cheese until fluffy, with electric mixer. Add sugar, salt, egg, lemon juice and Oreo filling mixture, mix until smooth. Pour into Oreo pie crust. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until pie is firm.
  3. Meanwhile, take the saved cookies and crush them up, place in small bowl. add chocolate syrup (1 tbsp at a time and stir), into the crumbs. Set aside.
  4. Remove pie from oven (leaving oven on), let pie cool just a minute or two. Spread chocolate Oreo crumbs easily over pie. Return to oven and bake about 5 more minutes. Remove pie from oven and place on a wire rack until completely cool.
