  • 1 pkg
    12 oz. of vanilla wafers
  • 4 c
    confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 can(s)
    6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp
    orange zest
  • 1 c
    macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 c
    chocolate or orange candy sprinkles

How to Make ORANGEBURST WAFER COOKIE BALL

Step-by-Step

  1. Crush the vanilla wafers to make fine crumbs.
  2. Add sugar, butter, orange juice concentrate, orange zest and macadamia nuts and mix well.
  3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll the balls in the candy sprinkles.
  5. Place them in mini cupcake liners for a beautiful presentation.
  6. Chill until firm. Keep them refrigerated.
