orange raisin spice biscotti
This is a great cookie for Christmas. Orange and spice is one of my favorite combinations. I used a basic biscotti recipe and added many spices, raisins, and orange zest to create this spicy version. Enjoy!

Step 19Drizzle white chocolate over the tops of biscotti or smooth it on top of each cookie. Grate remaining orange zest over top of frosted biscotti right away.
-
Step 20Let the chocolate set up until dry and serve or store in a container in a cool, dry place. You can also freeze them in a Ziploc bag.
