Great no-bake summer cookie for adults!

Serves:
Makes about 3 dozen

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    (12 oz) vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 2/3 c
    white corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange liqueur
  • 3/4 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c
    orange marmalade

How to Make Orange Pecan Thumbprints

Step-by-Step

  1. Place crushed wafers in medium bowl. Combine syrup and liqueur in small bowl and then pour over crumbs. Using your hands, mix until well blended.
  2. Shape mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll in pecans. Press indentation into center with thumb; spoon marmalade into hole. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
