What an awesome cookie this is! They really do taste like orange creamsicle's. Very easy to make! When baking, leave them in rounded form, don't pat them down.

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
2 stick
butter, softened
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 large
egg
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 Tbsp
orange zest (1 large orange)
2 c
white chocolate morsels

How to Make Orange Creamsicle Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375*.

    In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and the salt and set aside.
  • 2In food processor or large mixing bowl, cream the butter and both sugars together until light and creamy. Add egg and vanilla and blend until smooth. Gradually add the flour mixture until very well blended. Add the orange zest and morsels.
  • 3Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Cool on cookie racks.
