Have been wanting to try putting together a cakemix cookie, but didn't want the typical chocolate chip, so I gave this a try and it's so good, especially for this time of year.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons margarine or butter
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1 - egg
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon finley chopped orange zest
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 cup coarse chopped dried cranberries

How To Make orange cranberry cakemix cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Cream the first 5 ingredients together until mixed completely.
Step 3

Mix in cake mix until fully incorporated.
Step 4

Add cranberries, then chill for at least 30 minutes to an hour before baking.
Step 5

Drop by small amounts onto greased cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes (check for light browning). Keep mix in the fridge while cookies are baking.
