My kids love making these with me because they get to dump the ingredients into the big bowl and mix them around.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    quick cook oats
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 c
    almonds, chopped (unsalted- dry roasted)
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda

How to Make One cup cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Measure all the dry stuff, mix well
  2. Add the wet stuff
  3. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 10-12 minutes until bottoms are browned and tops are dry.
