  • 1 c
    margarine,softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    walnuts,chopped
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips

How to Make ONE-CUP COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream margarine,sugar and brown sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.BEAT in eggs one one at a time.BEAT peanut butter.ADD mixture of flour and baking soda;mixture.ADD oats,coconut,walnuts,raisins and chocolate chips one at a time,mixing well after each addition.DROP by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.BAKE at 350*for 7 to 10 minutes
