  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c

  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    butter scotch morseles
  • 1/2 c
    coconut, flaked sweetended
  • 1/2 c
    pecans chopped

How to Make OMG Cookies


  1. Combine 1 cup softened butter, sugar and egg in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla. Continue with folding with spatula, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add flour, raisins,butter scotch morsels, coconut flakes,pecans and baking powder; fold until well mixed.
  2. Shape dough into a ball; flatten slightly. Wrap ball in plastic food wrap; refrigerate 20-30 mins. until semi-firm.
  3. Heat oven to 400°F. Remove dough from the fridge. Spoon dough (using a tbl spoon)and place onto cookie sheet. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake 6-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.
