1Combine 1 cup softened butter, sugar and egg in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla. Continue with folding with spatula, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Add flour, raisins,butter scotch morsels, coconut flakes,pecans and baking powder; fold until well mixed.
2Shape dough into a ball; flatten slightly. Wrap ball in plastic food wrap; refrigerate 20-30 mins. until semi-firm.
3Heat oven to 400°F. Remove dough from the fridge. Spoon dough (using a tbl spoon)and place onto cookie sheet. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
4Bake 6-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.
