This is actually a recipe that my father had found and made for my brother and I when we were kids. Very easy and delicious!

Ingredients For old fashioned pineapple cookies

  • 1 1/2 c
    white sugar.
  • 1 c
    shorting.
  • 3 c
    flour.
  • 1 tsp
    salt.
  • 1 tsp
    soda.
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder.
  • 1
    egg, beatened.
  • 1 c
    drained, crushed pineapple

How To Make old fashioned pineapple cookies

    Mix all ingredients and bake by the spoonfuls at 350 degree until your cookies are done according to your oven.
