- 1 1/2 cups white sugar.
- 1 cup shorting.
- 3 cups flour.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon soda.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 - egg, beatened.
- 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple

Step 1Mix all ingredients and bake by the spoonfuls at 350 degree until your cookies are done according to your oven.
