the only sugar cookie recipe that i remember my grandma using, when she was up at night and couldnt sleep, I remember her making these for something to do. these cookies are also addicting!

- 3 sticks butter or marg.
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 7 1/2 cups + 3 tbs. all purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt optional
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
