My mother found this recipe years ago and is a big hit with her Grandchildren. After she passed my sons said that they missed Grandmas O"Henries. So I found her recipe and its brings back happy memories.

Ingredients
- 1 cup white karo syrup
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 6 cups special k
- 2 large hershey chocolate bars
How To Make o'henries

Step 1Boil together Karo syrup and sugar.Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Pour over Special K. Press into a jellyroll pan that has been greased. Let cool. In the meantime melt the Hersheys chocolate. Spread on top of cookies. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
