Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix, any flavor
  • 6 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups butter flavor shortening
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make oh my whoopie pies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Step 1
Make cake mix according to the directions on the box. Cut out some parchmant paper and lay it on the cookie sheet. I used a tablespoon to scoop out some of the cake mix and put it on the parchmant paper, it grows so the smaller the better. (Mine turned out like whoopie cushions...)
  • Step 2
Whoopie pie filling-Beat cream cheese, butter and marshmallow creme together until smooth. Add in powedered sugar and vanilla. And fill these delectables with the cream cheese filling.
  • Step 3
To fill the whoopie pie: let them cool and then put your filling on one side, and then put the top on, and viola it is time for "WHOOPIE PIES." Now munch, munch, and these little wonders will literally melt in your mouth.
