No major stories with this one, but I just wanted something sweet to eat. Looked around the kitchen and used what I had. This is what I came up with, and I hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • GATHER AND MEASURE ALL INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, sweet creem
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 medium
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • dash(es)
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    oats, quick cooking
  • 1 1/2 can(s)
    your favorite trail mix
  • HEAT OVEN TO 375 F

How to Make Oatmeal Trailmix Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat butter, both sugar(s), in large bowl with eletric mixer on medium speed intil well blended. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  2. Stir together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. slowly add to butter mixture until well blended.
    Add oats, and trail mix, blend thoroughly.
  3. Drop by teaspoon or small icecream scoop on to ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Let cool.
