Makes approx. 12 dozen small cookies
Ingredients
- MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS AND MAKE A HOLE IN THE CENTER TO PLACE LIQUID INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups oatmeal
- BEAT TOGETHER. ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup melted oleo
How To Make oatmeal thin lace cookies

Step 1Place dough in refrigerator overnight.

Step 2When ready to bake. Preheat oven to 350 F. Pinch off dough the size of your thumb. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Leave about 2" apart because they will spread.

Step 3Bake for approx. 6-1/2 minutes. Watch carefully at the end. They will start to turn brown quickly. Remove from oven. Slide parchment off cookie sheet and allow cookies to cool on the parchment paper.
