Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter or margarine softened
- 1 2/3 cups butterscoth morsels (11 oz package)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 - large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or grated peel of 1 orange
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
How To Make oatmeal scotchies

Step 1Preheat over to 375. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Gratdually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats & morsels. Grease 15 x 10 inch jelly-roll pan. Spread dough into prepared pan. Bake for 18 - 22 min. or until light brown. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
