Ingredients

  • 4 1/4 ounces butter
  • 9 ounces brown sugar
  • 2 ounces eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 1/4 ounces bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 1/4 ounces rolled oats
  • 4 1/2 ounces raisins

How To Make oatmeal raisin cookie

  • Step 1
    Cream butter and the sugar on medium speed untill mixed throughly, but not fluffy.
  • Step 2
    Gradually add the eggs and vanilla.
  • Step 3
    Combine the dry ingredients and add these to the bowl; mix to 50% incorperation.
  • Step 4
    Add the raisins and the oats and mix until incorperated.
  • Step 5
    Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies onto a parchment lined sheet an, and bake at 350F in a convection oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
