Ingredients
- 4 1/4 ounces butter
- 9 ounces brown sugar
- 2 ounces eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 1/4 ounces bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 1/4 ounces rolled oats
- 4 1/2 ounces raisins
How To Make oatmeal raisin cookie

Step 1Cream butter and the sugar on medium speed untill mixed throughly, but not fluffy.

Step 2Gradually add the eggs and vanilla.

Step 3Combine the dry ingredients and add these to the bowl; mix to 50% incorperation.

Step 4Add the raisins and the oats and mix until incorperated.

Step 5Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies onto a parchment lined sheet an, and bake at 350F in a convection oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
