My 3 favorite cookies rolled into one! I love, love, love these! So do family and friends. (Bob's Red Mill makes gluten free oats and I use those. They are just like regular uncooked oats just not exposed to flour.)

chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 c
1 1/2 c
firmly packed brown sugar
4 large
1 tsp
6 c
quick cooking uncooked oats
2 1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 c
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

How to Make Oatmeal Peanutbutter Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 1Beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy
  • 2gradually add sugars beating well
  • 3add eggs and vanilla mixing well
  • 4combine oats and baking soda mix well in a separate bowl
  • 5add to butter mixture, mix well
  • 6Stir in chocolate chips
  • 7Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
  • 8Bake at 350 for 9 - 10 minutes
  • 9Cool on cookie sheets at least 5 minutes remove to wire rack to cool completely
