My 3 favorite cookies rolled into one! I love, love, love these! So do family and friends. (Bob's Red Mill makes gluten free oats and I use those. They are just like regular uncooked oats just not exposed to flour.)

  • 1/2 c
    butter softened
  • 1 18 oz jar(s)
    chunky peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 1/2 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 4 large
  • 1 tsp
  • 6 c
    quick cooking uncooked oats
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

How to Make Oatmeal Peanutbutter Chocolate Chip Cookies


  1. Beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy
  2. gradually add sugars beating well
  3. add eggs and vanilla mixing well
  4. combine oats and baking soda mix well in a separate bowl
  5. add to butter mixture, mix well
  6. Stir in chocolate chips
  7. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
  8. Bake at 350 for 9 - 10 minutes
  9. Cool on cookie sheets at least 5 minutes remove to wire rack to cool completely
