My 3 favorite cookies rolled into one! I love, love, love these! So do family and friends. (Bob's Red Mill makes gluten free oats and I use those. They are just like regular uncooked oats just not exposed to flour.)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 18 oz jars chunky peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 cups quick cooking uncooked oats
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

How To Make oatmeal peanutbutter chocolate chip cookies

  • Step 1
    Beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy
  • Step 2
    gradually add sugars beating well
  • Step 3
    add eggs and vanilla mixing well
  • Step 4
    combine oats and baking soda mix well in a separate bowl
  • Step 5
    add to butter mixture, mix well
  • Step 6
    Stir in chocolate chips
  • Step 7
    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
  • Step 8
    Bake at 350 for 9 - 10 minutes
  • Step 9
    Cool on cookie sheets at least 5 minutes remove to wire rack to cool completely
