My 3 favorite cookies rolled into one! I love, love, love these! So do family and friends. (Bob's Red Mill makes gluten free oats and I use those. They are just like regular uncooked oats just not exposed to flour.)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 18 oz jars chunky peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 cups quick cooking uncooked oats
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

Step 1Beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy

Step 2gradually add sugars beating well

Step 3add eggs and vanilla mixing well

Step 4combine oats and baking soda mix well in a separate bowl

Step 5add to butter mixture, mix well

Step 6Stir in chocolate chips

Step 7Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets

Step 8Bake at 350 for 9 - 10 minutes

Step 9Cool on cookie sheets at least 5 minutes remove to wire rack to cool completely
