oatmeal molasses cookies
These are very good cookies. They cook out flat so you can actually use a filling between them if you want. But I like them just the way they are.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 - egg, beaten well
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups oatmeal, uncooked
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
How To Make oatmeal molasses cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Line several cookie sheets with foil and spray with Pam.

Step 2Stir together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and set aside. Melt butter & margarine together.

Step 3Beat egg well and add, in this order, both sugars, butter & margarine, molasses, milk and oatmeal.

Step 4Now add to that, in this order, the flour mixture, raisins and nuts and mix well.

Step 5Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheets & bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes.
