- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make oatmeal crispies

Step 1Cream shortening, add brown sugar and white sugar cream until light and fluffy.

Step 3Add sifted dry ingredients and vanilla.

Step 4Bake at 350* for approximately 12 minutes
