Makes 4 doz. small cookies
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 6 oz. package of craisins, dried
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
How To Make oatmeal cranberry-orange white chocolate cookies

Step 1Beat Butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until mixture is creamy. Add extracts and beat again.

Step 2In another med. bowl sift together with a whisk, the flour, oatmeal, salt and baking soda.

Step 3Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients slowly until all is incorporated. Then add the craisins, white chocolate chips and almonds. Mix through well. Preheat oven to 375º Drop dough by rounded teaspoons or a small cookie scoop. Mine is a tablespoon scoop. Bake for 10 minutes and remove.

Step 4Can melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over cookies for a festive look. Or add red food coloring or green food coloring to melted chocolate.
