I wanted to change up my oatmeal cookies by using cranberries. Well, they sure turned out yummy! Hope that you give them a try!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups oats (quick or old fashioned)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
How To Make oatmeal cranberry cookies

Step 1In a bowl, combine the flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour mixture, mix well. Stir in the oats and cranberries, mix again.

Step 3Drop by the rounded teaspoon (I used a small cookie scoop) onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees F for 11 to 13 minutes, until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet before cooling on rack. Enjoy!!
