oatmeal cranberry cookies
My co-worker gave me this recipe and I added a few things. They are super yummy and moist. I usually make my cookies with butter but this is very good.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter flavor shortening
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon netmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 3/4 cups oatmeal, uncooked
How To Make oatmeal cranberry cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Cream togather the shortening, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla with an electric beater until blended well.

Step 3In a small bowl combine the flour, netmeg, cinnamon, and baking soda...slowly beat into the shortening mixture.

Step 4Stir in by hand the oatmeal, cranberries and walnuts.

Step 5Lightly spray your baking sheet with cooking spray ( I always use parchement paper when baking cookies) Drop about a tablespoon of mix on cookie sheets.

Step 6Bake 10-13 minutes..or until golden brown.
