How to Make Oatmeal Cookies
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl whisk together the flours and baking powder, set aside
- In a large bowl whisk together the oil, brown sugar, egg, and extract. Add flour mixture and stir to combine, mix in oats and craisins
- Using 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie, place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper, 1.5 inches apart. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes. These may be stored in an air tight container up to 5 days.
