Ingredients
- - ½ cup raisins
- - 1 ½ oz. dark chocolate
- - 5 tablespoons butter
- - 1 egg
- - ½ cup brown sugar
- - ½ cup sugar
- - ½ tsp. baking soda
- - 1½ cups flour
- - 1 tsp. vanilla
- - 1 cup oats
- - ½ tsp. curry
- - ½ tsp. cinnamon
- - 1 tablespoon milk
- - sugar combo for the topping:
- - 1 tablespoon sugar
- - 1 tsp. cinnamon
- - 1 tsp. curry
How To Make oatmeal cookies

Step 1reheat Oven 350 degrees: Combine all of the above in a food processor and process. Spoon the cookies on a prepared cookie sheet. Combine the sugar topping in a small bowl. Gently press the top of the cookies with the bottom of a small glass; then dip the bottom of the glass in the sugar combo and once again gently press the cookies. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until slightly golden on the edges. Gently remove cookies to a cookie rack and let cool.
