  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 3
    egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 1 c
    bran flakes
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    quick cooking oats

How to Make Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend together all "wet" ingredients.
  2. Mix the flour, soda, bran and salt.
  3. Mix into wet ingredients, blend in oatmeal.
  4. Drop by large tablespoons and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
