Preparing for our annual women's retreat I decided to make-over an old favorite for grown-ups! It was a success. I have also used the store brand Crunchy Chocolate Hazelnut spread. Oh my goodness it is good!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    cane sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    nutella
  • 3 c
    quick cooking oats

How to Make Nutella No Bake Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together sugar and cocoa then add to heavy saucepan with milk and butter.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for one minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, Nutella and oats. Stir to mix then quickly drop by small scoopfuls onto wax paper.
  4. Let cool thoroughly before storing in an airtight container.
