Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 10 - original (chocolate) double stuf oreo cookies (filling included), crushed
- MOUSSE:
- 9 ounces nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, cold
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
How To Make nutella mousse

Step 1In a 6" springform pan, pour crushed oreos into the bottom, pack tightly with the flat bottom of a glass.

Step 2Place nutella & coffee in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on LOW for 10 second intervals or until mixture is the consistancy of heavy cream. Stir mixture to incorporate the coffee into it. Set aside to coll mixture to room temperature, 30 - 45 minutes.

Step 3In stand mixer with whisk, whip cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into nutella mixture.

Step 4Pour over oreo crust in pan; refrigerate overnight.
