Being Italian and growing up with Nutella, this has been a blessing in having an excuse to find ways to eat more Nutella! A packed yummy cookie. Decadent and Heavenly using my favorite spread, Nutella! You could use half the chips and add some hazelnuts. Also using a couple teaspoons of espresso powder to give it a mocha kick!

Step-by-Step

  1. In bowl with mixer add all the wet ingredients: soft butter, eggs, the entire jar of Nutella and the sugar. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the flour, the salt, the baking soda and all the chocolate morsels. Mix everything well with a spoon.

  4. Add dry ingredients in increments until mixture is well amalgamated.
