nutella chip cookies

Being Italian and growing up with Nutella, this has been a blessing in having an excuse to find ways to eat more Nutella! A packed yummy cookie. Decadent and Heavenly using my favorite spread, Nutella! You could use half the chips and add some hazelnuts. Also using a couple teaspoons of espresso powder to give it a mocha kick!

Ingredients

  • 1 jar nutella (375 gr.)
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

How To Make nutella chip cookies

  • Step 1
    In bowl with mixer add all the wet ingredients: soft butter, eggs, the entire jar of Nutella and the sugar. Mix all ingredients well.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl, add the flour, the salt, the baking soda and all the chocolate morsels. Mix everything well with a spoon.
  • Step 3
    Mix the vanilla extract and the milk and add to wet ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Add dry ingredients in increments until mixture is well amalgamated.
  • Step 5
    Refrigerate the dough for about two hours. This will make dough easier to roll into ball.
  • Step 6
    Roll the dough into balls the size of a golf ball and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet (do not grease) about 1 1/2 inches apart.
  • Step 7
    Bake for 8-10 mins. at 375F.
