not my daddy's peanut butter cookies
My father only bakes one type of cookie and its peanut butter cookies for nearly 40 years. He guards this recipe with his life! So one day I saw it laying on the kitchen counter and so I took notes :) made the recipe my own even better!!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 - eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
How To Make not my daddy's peanut butter cookies

Step 1Combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda mix well with fork or shifter set aside

Step 2Combine butter & both sugar in mixer mix well, add eggs one at a time. Add dry mixture then vanilla

Step 3Drop teaspoons of cookie dough unto lightly grease cookie pan bake for 10-12 minutes (i like my soft & chewy so I take them out 3/4 done)
