How to Make NoFail Coconut Macaroons
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper or coat generously with nonstick cooking spray.
- In large bowl whisk together egg whites, sugar and salt until frothy.
- With fork, stir in flaked coconut until moistened.
- Store in airtight container, at room temp.
Will stay fresh 3-4 days.
