I have made these cookies for a few years now.. These are the first to be gobbled up!!

Ingredients
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup gradulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 14 ounces sweetened flaked coconut
How To Make nofail coconut macaroons

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or coat generously with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2In large bowl whisk together egg whites, sugar and salt until frothy.

Step 3With fork, stir in flaked coconut until moistened.

Step 4Drop by packed tablespoons or packed scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheet(cookies will not spread)

Step 5Bake, rotating sheet halfway through, until lightly golden brown. about 20-25 minutes(depending on your oven). Transfer cookies on parchment paper to cooling rack too cool completely.

Step 6Store in airtight container, at room temp. Will stay fresh 3-4 days.
