I have made these cookies for a few years now.. These are the first to be gobbled up!!

Ingredients

3 large
egg whites
1/2 c
gradulated sugar
1/4 tsp
salt
14 oz
sweetened flaked coconut

How to Make NoFail Coconut Macaroons

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Line baking sheets with parchment paper or coat generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2In large bowl whisk together egg whites, sugar and salt until frothy.
  • 3With fork, stir in flaked coconut until moistened.
  • 4Drop by packed tablespoons or packed scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheet(cookies will not spread)
  • 5Bake, rotating sheet halfway through, until lightly golden brown. about 20-25 minutes(depending on your oven). Transfer cookies on parchment paper to cooling rack too cool completely.
  • 6Store in airtight container, at room temp.
    Will stay fresh 3-4 days.
