Line baking sheets with parchment paper or coat generously with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2In large bowl whisk together egg whites, sugar and salt until frothy.
- 3With fork, stir in flaked coconut until moistened.
- 6Store in airtight container, at room temp.
Will stay fresh 3-4 days.
