2Combne dry ingredients and whisk together. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and add wet ingredients. Add wet & dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 inch balls, being sure they are all the same size so they bake evenly. On parchment or silpat, bake 20-25 minutes, rotating trays half-way thru cooking time. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies. Yum!
