- 2 cups jiffy peanut butter

Step 1Beat eggs,then incorporate sugar. Blend in peanut butter. Depending how big or small you want your cookies, spoon up dough and roll into a ball,place on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. They will not spread too much. Using a fork press each one down gently, leaving that traditional fork mark on your cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for between 10 and 15 minutes.

Step 2If you refrigerate dough for 10 minutes or so, it'll make handling it a little less messy.
