The quality of peanut butter really matters in this recipe. Use Jiffy or Skippy,otherwise the cookies will spread out all over the cookie sheet.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups jiffy peanut butter
  • 2 - eggs

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs,then incorporate sugar. Blend in peanut butter. Depending how big or small you want your cookies, spoon up dough and roll into a ball,place on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. They will not spread too much. Using a fork press each one down gently, leaving that traditional fork mark on your cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for between 10 and 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    If you refrigerate dough for 10 minutes or so, it'll make handling it a little less messy.
