no bake peanut butter bars

i first made these and took them to work,they are a big hit where ever i take them. i use milk choc.chips instead of the semi sweet morsels.also add a little more peanut butter than it calls for.

Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter(divided)
- 3/4 cup 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar, divided
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups 12 oz. choc. chip mini morsels
How To Make no bake peanut butter bars

Step 1grease 9" baking pan

Step 2beat 1 1/4 cups of peanut butter and 3/4 cups butter in large mixer bowl until creamy.gradually beat in 1 cup of powdered sugar. with hands or wooden spoon, work in remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar,3cups of graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup of morsels. press evenly into prepared baking pan. smooth top with spatula.

Step 3melt remaining 3/4 cup of peanut butter and remaining 1 1/2 cups of morsels in medium,heavy duty saucepan over lowest heat possible. stirring constantly,until smooth. spread over graham cracker mixture in pan. refrigerate at least for 1 hour or until firm. cut into bars. store in covered container in refrigerator.
