i first made these and took them to work,they are a big hit where ever i take them. i use milk choc.chips instead of the semi sweet morsels.also add a little more peanut butter than it calls for.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    peanut butter(divided)
  • 3/4 c
    1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar, divided
  • 3 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c
    12 oz. choc. chip mini morsels

How to Make No bake peanut butter bars

Step-by-Step

  1. grease 9" baking pan
  2. beat 1 1/4 cups of peanut butter and 3/4 cups butter in large mixer bowl until creamy.gradually beat in 1 cup of powdered sugar. with hands or wooden spoon, work in remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar,3cups of graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup of morsels. press evenly into prepared baking pan. smooth top with spatula.
  3. melt remaining 3/4 cup of peanut butter and remaining
    1 1/2 cups of morsels in medium,heavy duty saucepan over lowest heat possible. stirring constantly,until smooth. spread over graham cracker mixture in pan. refrigerate at least for 1 hour or until firm. cut into bars. store in covered container in refrigerator.
