No- bake Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies are super easy and fun to make with the kids! We make these every year for the kids teachers and they love them!

  • 2 c
  • 1 stick
  • 1/2 c
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla flavoring
  • 2 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 2
    spoonfuls of peanut butter ( creamy or crunchy).

How to Make No- bake Oatmeal Cookies


  1. In a saucepan, mix together the sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil.
  2. Once it has come to a boil, turn heat to medium and stir continuously for 5 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla flavoring.
  4. Remove from the heat and add oatmeal.
  5. Add peanut butter until well blended and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
  6. Cool completely and Enjoy!
