Ingredients

  • 2 c
    peanut butter
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter softened
  • 3 c
    rice krispies cereal
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3/5 Tbsp
    whipping cream
  • 1 pkg
    coconut

How to Make NO BAKE LOG COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  1. MIX THE FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, AND START MAKING LOGS ABOUT 1-2 INCHES LONG, I FOUND THEY ARE EASIER TO EAT IF YOU MAKE THEM INTO BALLS.
  2. MIX 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR WITH THE 3-5 TABLESPOONS OF CREAM, THIS NEEDS TO BE RUNNY, SO YOU REALLY DONT WANT IT THICK OK
  3. HAVE ANOTHER STATION WITH COCONUT, PUT THE LOGS OR BALLS INTO THE CREAM MIXTURE, LET IT RUN OFF A LITTLE AND THEN ADD IT TO THE COCONUT, PLACE ON A WAX PAPERED COOKIE SHEET, DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH EACH OTHER, WHEN THE SHEET IS FULL, PUT INTO THE FREEZER, WHEN FROZEN, PUT INTO A CONTAINER THAT WILL SEAL AND PUT BACK INTO THE FREEZER, BRING THESE OUT WHENEVER YOU WANT A FAST DESSERT THEY ARE WONDERFUL
