Do not remember where this came from. It just seems I had been makeing it forever. Friends and family all seem to love this. It is a snap to mix up, refrig. over night and eat next day. Choose own size of roll you want to make. If I am short on time, I roll out about 3 8-10 inche rolls, about 2-2 1/2 inch diameter. Make them longer and thicker, or shorter and thicker. Just make them and eat them.

Ingredients
- 1 - lb. graham crackers, crushed, about 2 extra packs for rolling
- 1 lb - mini mallows
- 1 cup - cream, or half half
- 1 lb - dates,chopped fine
- optional - 8 oz candied cherries,chop fine
How To Make no bake graham cracker date nut roll

Step 1Pour cream over mallows, add chopped dates, and nuts,cherries and crumbs. Mix well.

Step 2When thoroughly mixed, make into rolls of your choice and roll in extra crumbs, or mixture of crumbs and chop fine nuts.

Step 3Wrap in foil or saran wrap and refrige over night. Slice to desired thickness next day and serve as desired.
