These are my son's favorite cookie. He was always asking for these cookies when he was growing up and still likes to eat them every chance he gets. :)

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 3 c
    quick cooking oats

How to Make No Bake Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. In sauce pan mix together sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately stir in peanut butter, vanilla and oats.
  3. Drop from spoon onto waxed paper and let stand for about 45 minutes.
