this recipe came from the Stevens's Family cookbook that my sis made the yr after mom died since then i've made a couple changes to it for x-mas i made these and sent to family and friends the traveled well and were liked by all that got them[my then 7 yr old niece even asked for the recipe so she could make them]

Ingredients

1/2 cup cocoa, unsweetened
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3-4 cups oatmeal

How To Make no bake cookies

Step 1

mix first 4 ingredients together in med pan bring to hard boil boil 2-3 min remove from heat

Step 2

add vanilla and peanut butter mix well add oatmeal stir well
Step 3

working fast take tablespoon of cookie an place on wax paper let sit until hard store in airtight ziplock bag
