Found this in a magazine--and I am a chocoholic so had to try this simple way to satisfy my chocolate tooth.
Love it because it is just simply good.

3/4 c
butter, cubed
8 oz
semisweet chocolate, chopped
vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
1/2 c
chopped pecans

How to Make No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Triangles


  • 1In microwave, melt butter and chocolate. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
  • 2Stir in wafer crumbs and pecans.
  • 3Transfer to a greased foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Cover and refigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  • 4Using foil, lift the cookies out of the pan. Discard foil; cut into triangles. ENJOY. And refrigerate any leftovers.
