Found this in a magazine--and I am a chocoholic so had to try this simple way to satisfy my chocolate tooth. Love it because it is just simply good.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, cubed
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 20 - vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make no-bake chocolate cookie triangles

Step 1In microwave, melt butter and chocolate. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly.

Step 2Stir in wafer crumbs and pecans.

Step 3Transfer to a greased foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Cover and refigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

Step 4Using foil, lift the cookies out of the pan. Discard foil; cut into triangles. ENJOY. And refrigerate any leftovers.
