Found this in a magazine--and I am a chocoholic so had to try this simple way to satisfy my chocolate tooth.
Love it because it is just simply good.

  • 3/4 c
    butter, cubed
  • 8 oz
    semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 20
    vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Triangles


  1. In microwave, melt butter and chocolate. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
  2. Stir in wafer crumbs and pecans.
  3. Transfer to a greased foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Cover and refigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Using foil, lift the cookies out of the pan. Discard foil; cut into triangles. ENJOY. And refrigerate any leftovers.
