How to Make No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in microwave about 45 seconds.
- Add vanilla and milk and whisk until combined.
- Add oat flour, blend until incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball. Flatten with palm and place on cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
