Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 3 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make No Bake Choco-Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Wipe a 1" wide band of butter around the rim of a 3 quart pan to prevent a boil-over.
  2. Combine milk,sugar,cocoa,butter and peanut butter.
    Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Let boil for 1 1/2 minutes,do not stir.
  3. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir until oats are evenly distributed.
    Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.
    Cool.Makes 4-5 dozen.
