I like these cookies because they are rolled in a mocha cinnamon sugar mixture. However, if you are not a fan of coffee you can just omit it and use regular cinnamon sugar instead.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 - squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 - to 1 tsp instant coffee (optional)

Step 1Combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, beat the brown sugar and butter together until creamy. Beat in the eggs and blend.

Step 2Add vanilla and chocolate. Mix evenly. Gradually add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture. Form into a soft dough.

Step 3Chill until the dough can be handled. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in remaining sugar, cinnamon, and coffee.

Step 4Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool cookies for a minute on sheet before transferring to a rack to cool.
