Everywhere I take these cookies, everyone loves them. They are one of my personal favorites. They have a little bit of everything in them and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    cold butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    liquid coconut flavoring
  • 1 tsp
    liquid butter flavoring
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1 c
    shredded coconut
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cream of tarter
  • 3 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    rice krispies
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips

How to Make Nene's 9 Cup Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix cold butter with sugars,egg,flavorings and oil. Turn mixer off and mix balance of ingredients with a wooden spoon. Mix in chocolate chips last.
  3. Drop by small scoops onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
    Bake 12-14 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes. remove and place on cookie rack until cool.
