Ingredients

  • 2 c
    butter
  • 4 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    soda
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 5 c
    blended oatmeal (see notes)
  • 24 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 8 oz
    hershey bars, grated
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 c
    chopped nuts

How to Make Neiman Marcus Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1.  
    Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, powder and soda. Add chips, bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 min at 375 degrees.


     
    NOTE- Measure oatmeal and blend or process into a fine powder.


     
    For this price they should be WONDERFUL, but the President Busch's Cookies are much better and less a pain to make.
