Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- FILLING
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups coconut, shredded
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- GLAZE
- - juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
How To Make nancy's lemon bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 250. Combine crust ingredients, press in a 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 2Add the filling ingredients to the beaten eggs and combine well. Spread over crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350. Cool.

Step 3Mix powdered sugar, melted butter and lemon together. Pour over the filling. Cut into squares.
