Actually , my daughter gave me this recipe and they are so very good. They stay soft and moist for days....well, I think they would for days , but they never last that long...lol. I use cheesecake flavored instant pudding , but vanilla is very good too...either way, Give em a try ...think you will like them :)

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 (3.5) ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix ( i use cheesecake pudding mix)
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.

Step 3Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets that have been sprayed very lightly with non-stick spray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned

Step 4Remove from baking sheets onto cooling racks or waxed paper.....enjoy :)
