3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
12 ounces package of chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts (optional)

How To Make my favorite chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Mix sugars,margarine,shortening,eggs,and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. This is a doubled recipe.
